What Is Individual Therapy?

Individual therapy (also known as therapy, psychotherapy, or counseling) is the conventional treatment to address mental health problems.  However, therapy doesn’t only have to be about solving issues.  Therapy can also help those who are doing “okay” to make improvements and truly thrive.
