Practice Philosophy:
Embarking on a process of growth and discovery is one of the most important decisions we'll ever make. Our stories can be deeply complex and often intertwined with our past experiences and our rich interpretations. Much of our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors today stem from the relational dynamics we learned to adopt in our past. The ways in which we accept, reject, or manage our emotional world is unconsciously imprinted beneath our conscious awareness. When we explore deeper areas of ourselves, we regain an opportunity to untangle internalizations or parts of ourselves that may no longer serve us. By understanding more meaningful aspects of our past and seeing in how they may play out today, we can determine if they align with what we're actually desiring in our life. Ultimately, this provides us an opportunity to rewrite our future narrative and attain a greater sense of fulfillment.
We all carry a story that deserves a voice and a more meaningful understanding. When we can grasp the depth of who we really are, we not only gain a greater sense of freedom and autonomy, but we also learn to live life more authentically. At the individual level, this translates to a greater sense of worth, improved motivation, less anxiety, healthier relationships, improved insight, space for creativity and your passions to grow, and a more meaningful understanding of your behaviors and your feelings. At the relational level, you can learn to manage conflict with partners from a better space, learn how to communicate your feelings, learn how to manage interpersonal stress, and create a significant bond from which you can enjoy and connect to.
